Want more eyes on one deal? Add the $10 Feature — a Featured badge plus unlimited coupon issuances for that deal. It’s a one-time charge, paid by card or PayPal (no PayPal account needed).

Is it really free to list my business?+
Yes. The Free plan lets you run 1 Today’s Deal and 1 This Week deal at a time, with up to 3 coupons claimed per deal. You only pay if you choose to Feature a deal ($10) or upgrade to a paid plan.
Do I have to wait to be approved before I can post?+
No — there’s no separate business approval or waiting period. Once you confirm your email you can log in and post right away. We review each individual deal before it goes live, not your account.
How long until my deal goes live?+
Every deal is reviewed before publishing to keep listings genuine. We email you the moment it’s approved, which is usually quick.
I didn’t receive the confirmation email — what should I do?+
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, use the “Resend confirmation email” option on the login page or the confirmation screen and we’ll send a fresh link.
What’s the difference between Today’s Deal, This Week, and This Month?+
They’re defined by how long the deal runs: Today’s Deal is same-day only, This Week runs up to 7 days, and This Month runs up to 31 days. The expiry date you can pick is capped to match, so the label always reflects the real duration.
Can I post a This Month deal on the free plan or with the $10 Feature?+
No. This Month deals are part of the Basic and Pro plans. The $10 Feature adds a Featured badge and unlimited issuances to a single Today’s Deal or This Week deal — it does not unlock This Month. To run monthly offers, upgrade to Basic or Pro.
What exactly does the $10 Feature do?+
It’s a one-time charge that gives one deal a Featured badge for its full duration and removes the 3-coupon cap (unlimited issuances). It’s ideal for occasional promotions when you don’t want a monthly plan. On the Basic plan you can also add it to a single deal to keep that deal Featured beyond the usual 7 days.
How long does the Featured badge last?+
It depends on how you got it. The $10 Feature and the Pro plan keep a deal Featured for its full duration. On Basic, each post is Featured for its first 7 days and then moves to the standard listing — your deal stays live either way, it just leaves the Featured section. Your dashboard shows the date each Featured badge runs until.
How many customers can claim my deal?+
On the Free plan, up to 3 coupons per deal. Add the $10 Feature, or move to a paid plan, for unlimited issuances.
How do customers redeem a coupon?+
They claim your deal on Da Deal! and receive a coupon code (with a QR code on the site). They show it at your store when they visit — you validate it in person. Da Deal! is a listing platform and doesn’t take a commission on your sales.
How do I pay for a Feature or a plan?+
By debit/credit card or PayPal through PayPal’s secure checkout — no PayPal account is required. We never see or store your card number.
Can I edit or delete a deal after posting?+
Both, from your dashboard. Editing a deal that is already live sends it back for review, so the new wording appears publicly once it’s approved — the old version stays up in the meantime. Changing only the expiry date or the number of coupons takes effect straight away. The deal type (Today’s / This Week / This Month) is fixed once posted; to change that, delete the deal and post a new one.
Can I upgrade or cancel my plan later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately from your dashboard. You can also cancel in one click — billing stops right away and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the Free plan.
