Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade anytime from your merchant dashboard. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes — cancel anytime with one click from your dashboard. Billing stops right away, and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan.
What is Pay-per-Post exactly?
You pay $10 per deal you want Featured. No monthly commitment — great for occasional promotions.
What's the real difference between Basic and Pro?
How long each post stays Featured. On Basic, a post is Featured for its first 7 days and then moves to the standard listing. On Pro, every post stays Featured for its entire run and is ranked above Basic in the Featured section. On Basic you can also add the $10 Feature to any single deal to keep it Featured the whole time.
What happens to my deals when I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your running deals stay live until they expire, and your dashboard keeps working. Once your paid period ends you move to the Free plan, so new deals follow the Free plan limits.
How does the free plan work?
Free merchants run 1 Today's Deal + 1 This Week deal at a time, with up to 3 coupon issuances each. This Month deals and Featured placement need a paid option.
