1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Da Deal! ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Da Deal! is an online platform connecting businesses in Guam with residents and tourists by listing limited-time deals, same-day offers, weekly specials, and monthly promotions ("Deals"). Da Deal! does not sell products or services directly; it facilitates discovery between users and merchants.

3. User Accounts

Users may browse Deals without registering. To claim a coupon, users must provide their name and email address.
Each coupon may only be claimed once per email address.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

4. Merchant Accounts

Merchants must apply and be approved before listing Deals.
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of all Deal information, including validity, pricing, and conditions.
Da Deal! reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any merchant or Deal at its sole discretion.
Approved merchants may post Deals within the limits of their current plan.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on Da Deal!:

Gambling or lottery-related services
Adult or sexually explicit content
Personal services (e.g., massage, escort)
Illegal products or services
False, misleading, or deceptive offers

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Pay-per-Post ($10) and Subscription fees ($20/$30/month) are non-refundable once processed.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
Merchant accounts cancelled mid-period will not receive a prorated refund; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Coupon Validity

Coupons are only valid within the stated time period and quantity limit.
Da Deal! is not responsible if a merchant refuses to honor a coupon.
Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

8. Limitation of Liability

Da Deal! provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of merchant listings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Da Deal! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

9. Changes to Terms

Da Deal! may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
